Wheelchair Vans

We are the only area taxi company to offer wheelchair van service. Our wheelchair van fleet is dispatched much the same way our taxi fleet is, so we are very adept to handling same-day & immediate order requests.

Our drivers are all STS certified with training in Transporting Passengers with Special Needs, First Aid, Abuse Awareness & Prevention, and Defensive Driving.

We service the entire Metro area and normal taxi rates apply for wheelchair van service. Given the size of our wheelchair fleet (as compared to our taxi fleet), we encourage passengers to expect their van's arrival within a 30-minute window of time as opposed to a specific pick-up time.

Did you know?

All MA recipients eligible for Special Transportation Services are responsible for selecting a STS provider and scheduling their own trips to and from medical appointments. To charge a ride to MA, have your State issued MA ID# ready and call during normal business hours one-day ahead of your ride. Our operators will check your eligibility and set up your ride(s) accordingly.
